It has been forever since I posted so I wanted to give everyone a quick update. Max is doing very well. He is starting to kind of sleep through the night which is quite a relief. I am sleeping in the nursery with him still, but I really want to give that up soon. He has these acid reflux spells that really scare me so until he outgrows those I will continue to sleep in there. He sleeps in his crib for awhile and then when he gets fussy I move him into the bed with me. I know I know it is dangerous, but it really makes him sleep longer and we have kinda worked out a system that seems safe. I am doing so many things that I said I would never do. Oh well. Max has a heart murmur, but they expect him to grow out of it. We have an appointment with a cardiologist in July and hopefully by then it will be gone.
I am settling in to a nice routine. I am really enjoying being a mommy. I hate that I only have three more months to stay home with him.
I was going a bit stir crazy there for a while when Max was so restricted, but those restrictions are starting to not be so stringent so we can get out a little bit. Ya'll call me or e-mail or something. I miss everyone.

Welcome back! and as far as the whole kid in the bed, Well lets just say that Carly is 3 and uhmm, she is still in it with me.
Isaiah has always slept better, longer and easier in bed with us. He still manages to creep in from time to time (he's 4) But co-sleeping worked for us.
It's funny when you think back to times before mommy-hood and you can't seem to remember what it was like before kids.
